Title
Delay performance analysis of uniform (UNI) and uniform with limited access techniques (UNI+LA) in wireless communication systems
Abstract
This paper presents the delay analysis of two new channel reservation schemes namely UNI and UNI+LA for the relatively long delay systems. Mathematical models have been formulated for the performance evaluation. We found that the numerical results from the formation derived yield the same output as the simulation results. In addition, the numerical results show that the delay performance of the system depends on the traffic load and the ratio of the number of request slots per frame.
