Knowledge representation tools for molecular scene analysis
Abstract
A hybrid knowledge representation scheme for molecular scene analysis is presented. The molecular knowledge base provides a framework in which existing sources of protein information can be integrated. Representations and strategies for visual and spatial reasoning are also included in the scheme.
