A broadband, lossless microwave active floating inductor is proposed for general use in a monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC). The features of this active floating inductor are that: (i) it is lossless; (ii) it can operate over a wide microwave frequency range; (iii) its size is independent of the inductance value; and (iv) it can be easily realized in MMIC |
