The purpose of this paper is to reassume some of the motivations of the groundwork stages of Biocybernetics and the later Bionic formulations and try to reconsider two basic questions: (1) What can Neuroscience bring into Computation? (The new Bionics). (2) What can return Computation to Neuroscience? (The new Biocybernetics). |
