We propose an optical interconnection network with the wavelength time slot routing, a novel routing scheme that allows for a simple design of optical interconnection networks. The simulative performance evaluation shows that the proposed scheme demonstrates optimum performance at the maximum uniform exponential network load, and performs well in comparison to store-and-forward routing. |
