Title
Modular clustering of protein-protein interaction networks
Abstract
Identifying the modular structures in protein-protein interaction networks is crucial to the understanding of the organization and function of biological systems. In this paper we introduce the concept of critical module in a network and propose an efficient algorithm to find all critical modules in a given network. Finally we tested the proposed algorithm on Yeast protein interaction data set.
