Abstract
Animal husbandry and dairy development generate gainful employment in the rural India. There is a huge gap between the information available and information utilization between stakeholders involved in this area. By taking steps to make better health care, proper insemination technique and information management of cattle may increase milk production. It also improves the breed quality and production. This paper proposes the innovative ways of intervention of information and communication technology to bridge the gap between stakeholders involved in this area. That is a collaborative approach to manage cattle health care related services to the cattle owners based on web services and Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) approach. This paper provides methodology and concept of the technical solutions proposed and planned to overcome the cattle owner and stakeholders' difficulties.
