Abstract
•We register multiview 2D+t US and LGE-MRI using cine-MRI as intermediate.•We correct for slice misalignment and register cine- and LGE-MRI.•We use a DTW-based approach to register LV geometries from US and cine-MRI.•The presence of fibrosis modifies regional peak-strain and peak-delay indicators.•Peak-delay and peak-strain are more sensible than specific.
