Abstract | ||

We use VHDL-AMS in modeling of oscillatory systems with mixed mode oscillations. Both the VHDL-AMS behavioral and structural models of a specific generator with mixed-mode oscillations are considered. The generator has interesting properties with MMOs following the Farey arithmetics of integer numbers. A special circuit of simulated inductor is used in the analysis. The VHDL-AMS codes and simulation results are included. |
