Title
Online Detecting System For Aluminum Electrolytic Anode Current Based On Multi-Resolution Analysis
Abstract
An online detecting system of aluminum electrolytic anode current is designed. This system adopts the architecture of state machine based on queue to solve a problem of real time response between data communication and human-computer interaction by using multithreading. It can detect real-time current distribution of anode rod and to deal with abnormal alarm. Under each work condition of aluminum electrolysis, the time-frequency characters of current signals are explored using multi-resolution analysis. It can determine the time points of beginning and ending of each state. By analysis of Daubechies12 wavelet functions, the vibration frequency of magneto fluid in aluminum cells is between 0.0048Hz and 0.0098Hz. Through FFT transform, Frequency of magneto fluid can be identified as 0.005Hz.
