Parametric imaging and quantitative analysis of the PET amyloid ligand [18F]flutemetamol. |
Abstract | ||
---|---|---|
•We investigate the application of parametric images methods for [18F]flutemetamol.•We validate kinetics models for [18F]flutemetamol using simulations.•Simulations showed the highest precision and accuracy for SUVR and reference Logan.•Pre-filtered MRTM2 works best for creation of [18F]flutemetamol parametric images.•SUVR images have almost equally high correlation with kinetic modeling as MRTM2. |
