Abstract | ||

A new approach for testing statistical hypotheses about variance of population based on intuitionistic fuzzy sample is introduced. In this approach, we first define variance of intuitionistic fuzzy random variables based on a new definition of \(L_{2}\)-metric. Then, using the bootstrap method, a new method for one-sample and two-sample tests based on intuitionistic fuzzy numbers is proposed. |
