Scattered lookahead without finding polynomial roots or solving simultaneous equations
Abstract
In this paper, we describe a method of calculating scattered lookahead coefficients that leads to a simple closed-form expression for the scattered lookahead filters. The coefficients are then found by simple polynomial multiplication. We also give closed-form expressions for any recursive decomposition of scattered lookahead.
