•A joint framework for tumor evolution prediction and tumor segmentation is proposed.•The segmentation and prediction are performed in turn in our framework of follow up.•At each instance, an iterative segmentation based on random walk is designed.•Good performance is obtained on patients therapeutic follow-up PET images. |
