•We propose a fast and robust method for multiple organs localization.•Our method provides organ-dedicated confidence maps for each organ.•It extends the cascade of random forest with additional shape prior.•The values of the testing and learning parameters can be explained physically.•We evaluate our method on 130 CT volumes and show its good accuracy. |
