Digital Transformation is of crucial importance for many enterprises and creates new challenges both on the conceptual and architectural level. Therefore, a new, secure, and layered architecture is introduced that separates the process from the decision model in order to quickly react to changed requirements. It provides flexibility by separating three aspects of decision-making: foundations, methods, and data. Security and reliability is achieved by using a reputation system to judge data sources and data contributors. The reputation system offers a score for trustworthiness of a data source that could be used for the selection of appropriate data sources for decisions as well as a basis to calculate a confidence score of a decision. |
