Design for an Interference-Suppressing DMX512 Protocol Expansion and Repeater.
Abstract
In view of lack of checking devices for the frame structure of DMX512 protocol, this paper presents a design scheme of pulse interference suppressor. The interference suppression repeater is composed of PIC microcontroller, level conversion and isolating circuit, and through the repeater, local network data transmission rate can be doubled and the check of the data transmission is realized. The design scheme can effectively reduce more than 95ï¾ź% of the given communication interference environment operation error, and improve the reliability of the DMX512 application system.
