Abstract | ||

In this communication the management of commercial flights is considered from an on-board perspective where an operational parameter, the cost Index, must be set to optimize the effective flight plan by minimizing total flight cost. Different considerations leading to the proposition of a fuzzy approach to choose this parameter in a tactical context are discussed. Then a fuzzy-based computational framework is proposed and a case study is displayed. |
