Title
Multi-Attribute Group Decision Making For Weapon System Selection Based On Intuitionistic Fuzzy Values
Abstract
With respect to weapon system selection problems where the criteria values are represented by intuitionistic fuzzy numbers(IFNs), and the criteria weight is completely unknown, a novel fuzzy multiple attribute group decision making method is proposed. Firstly, the intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging(IFWA) operator is employed to fuse all individual preferences offered by the military commanders in order to achieve the collective intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrix. Then the intuitionistic fuzzy entropy method is utilized to identify the attribute weights. In addition, an extended grey relational analysis(GRA) method is suggested to rank all the alternative weapon systems. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the practicality and feasibility of the proposed approach.
