With the advent of Smart City, health-care delivery solutions should be smarter to serve huge population. Earlier, we proposed a Sensor-Cloud framework aiming at proper delivery of the remote health-care services. While implementing the health sensors, we faced with the challenge of making the communication seamless across different communication technologies. In this paper, a solution is presented for the tiny sensor nodes with the help of vertical handover. |
