To evaluate the national military development situation, is not only to systematically grasp their own strength and security situation of the country, but also to compare and analyze the degree of the countries' future military construction. Based on the net assessment method, this paper established the evaluation index system of national military development, used the application of statistical methods to calculate the assessed value of national military development. Finally, based on the method proposed in this paper, it evaluates the priority degree of China and Japan's military development to 2020, comparatively analyzes the calculated assessment findings of the method. The relevant results are in line with the current situation, simultaneously they have guiding significances to explore the evaluation system of military development. |
