The internet of people, virtual and physical things as well as data and processes in between-also called the Internet of Everything with its different entities-is continuously growing every day. This offers on the one side the possibility for new business models; on the other side organizations are faced with the challenge to manage this variety of entities. Not only for the own organization relevant individual entities must be detected but out of the relationships between these entities a lot of valuable information can be collected. This article describes how Anything Relationship Management provides a solution to manage the different relationships and to gain information to optimize the business. Therefore an Anything Relationship Management framework is provided and an early stage prototype of a possible scenario in the smart factory environment is shown. |
