Title
Multiple-Access Capability Of Led Visible Light Communication With Low-Frame-Rate Cmos Camera For Control And Data Transmission Of Mobile Objects
Abstract
Multiple-access, two-way communication capability of LED visible light transceivers with low-frame-rate CMOS camera was experimentally verified for use in mobile objects such as robots. Synchronization algorithm for the CMOS camera was developed to improve the symbol rate of multiple-access, two-way visible light communication. Bit error rates of less than 10(-5) were achieved for multiple-access, two-way communications up to the symbol rate of 25 symbols per second using 30-frames-per-second CMOS camera.
