Abstract
In this paper, we propose a novel technique of realizing discrete-time (D-T) signal amplification using Nano-Electro-Mechanical systems (NEMS). The amplifier uses mechanical switches instead of traditional solid-state devices and acts as an inherent sample and hold amplifier.
