Modeling The Process Of Ict In K-12 Schools By Analyzing Typical Exemplars In Global Context
Abstract
During the implementation of ICT in school, we do not explicit the relationship of factors by exemplars. This study will contrast three ICT evaluation frameworks for school education in England, American and Ireland, putting forward a new ICT evaluation framework, including the factors influencing ICT developing standards. At the same time, presenting a systematic model to describe relationship by analyzing 40 typical exemplars, which consist of seven elements: ICT Leadership, student ability, teacher professional development, teaching method, learning space, curriculum resources and evaluation method.
