Enterprises are starting to realize the potential of good user experience in enterprise applications. Somehow they do not know what and how to adopt to pursue lower turnover rates, less training time and more satisfaction among their users. The study of this research proposes essential usability metrics to identify good user experience for enterprise applications. Under a long-term observation, we also discover some problems that may help enterprises discover the nature of metrics while application undergoes a measurement. |
