Title
Co-adaptive Relationships with Creative Tasks.
Abstract
A successful working relationship between a co-adaptive agent and human collaborator requires both responding to each other dynamically, over time. There are many inputs to take into consideration, many of which are variable such as behavior, state, and personality traits. This experiment focuses on tasks and goals with a secondary focus on personality traits. Tasks and goals present a measurable starting point in configuring the collaborative relationship between the co-adaptive agent and human operator. Our team examined the effects of using a co-adaptive agent working alongside a human operator in a creative workflow. The results of this study show that the presence of a co-adaptive agent has significant positive impact on the result produced and a positive impact on the relationship between the co-adaptive agent and human collaborator.
