Abstract | ||

1-D array of silicon nitride grating couplers is investigated in order to be used for point to point communications providing wide beam steering and large-radiated power. Both single antenna and phased array designs are studied numerically. Beam steering ability of up to 40° is achieved using a proper design of the antenna array. |
