Abstract | ||

This paper proposes a superposition decoding scheme based on raptor-like LDPC code for signaling protection in broadcasting system. The proposed scheme takes use of the fixed signaling bits to improve decoding performance significantly and lower the decoding threshold with a few frames sacrificed. Meanwhile, this paper also proposes a selection algorithm to select proper LDPC bits positions for fixed signaling which is better than random selection. |
