Miniaturized Impedance Flow Cytometer: Design Rules and Integrated Readout.
Abstract
A dual-channel credit-card-sized impedance cell counter featuring a throughput of 2000 cell/s and detection of single yeast cells (5 μm) with a signal-to-noise ratio of 20 dB is presented.
