Abstract
•We propose a collaborative storage architecture of mobile edge cloud.•We propose a collaborative storage scheduling algorithm named ACMES.•ACMES minimizes power usage and withdrawal risk with assured reliability.•ACMES works in a distributed and parallel way.•We conduct extensive experiments to validate the superiority of ACMES.
