Abstract | ||

•Ocular changes for patients with diabetes were predicted with neural networks.•MLP and JEN neural networks proved the relation between diabetes and glaucoma.•The results were very good, with a probability of correct answers of 95% with MLP.•High accuracy was exhibited by JEN networks, with the confidence interval of 15%. |
