Abstract | ||

In mobile ad hoc networks (MANETs) environment, nodes may have different storage sizes, data transmission rate, processor capability and even security features. Therefore, past data searching algorithms are not applicable for such kind of network. As the network structure changes frequently, the indexing method may not be enough for data finding. This paper researches on fast search data method to make data effectively shared among heterogeneous mobile nodes. A novel algorithm called Greedy-A*(GA*) is proposed, simulation study indicates such algorithm is efficient in such kind of network. |
