The paper divided human factors with six hierarchies, which could locate unsafe behavior in the organization of different hierarchies accurately. So that it served for preventing accidents. The results showed that the lower hierarchies were direct causes of accidents, and the deeper hierarchies were root causes of accidents. The prevention of accidents needed to solve not only causes of the lower hierarchies but also causes of the deeper hierarchies. The practical countermeasures and suggestions were proposed, which provides theoretical foundation and technical reference for preventing accidents. |
