In this letter, we aim to model and analyze the coded multicasting communication in a hybrid environment with mobile nodes. We consider a cellular vehicular network in which vehicles are mobile nodes and obtain contents either from each other (i.e., D2D) or the base station (i.e., D2I). Employing learning theory, we propose a novel dissemination algorithm tailored for coded multicasting communication in a setting with mobile users. On average, simulation experiments reveal 8% decrease in network communication rate compared with previously reported coded multicasting methods. |
