Title
Channel modeling for millimeter and submillimeter indoor communication systems
Abstract
This paper will be organized toward the discussion about the channel characteristics by considering a small office scenario. In this context extensive measurements with the Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) have been used. In addition to the real measurements, ray tracing simulation has been applied and good matching in spatial distribution of propagation paths between measurements and simulation has been achieved. The simulation results and measurements obtained from using a conference room as a reference model is detailed. We conclude this chapter by presenting the adopted channel model that we have used in this work as well as the different computer simulation methods that have been adopted where the ray tracing method will be listed and commented.
