Title
An automated method for choroidal thickness measurement from Enhanced Depth Imaging Optical Coherence Tomography images.
Abstract
•An automated method for Choroid-Scleral Interface detection from EDI-OCT images.•Proposed a novel intensity-normalization technique for normalize the choroid region.•Tested on 190 B-scans and achieve high accuracy compared to state-of-the-art methods.•This method will be helpful in tracking the choroid loss and progression of diseases.
