Title
Modeling the shelter site location problem using chance constraints: A case study for Istanbul.
Abstract
•We study the shelter site location problem.•A chance-constrained optimization model for the proposed problem is proposed.•Captured uncertainty by means of probabilistic constraints.•Probabilities embedded in the constraints have a clear influence in the results.•The results obtained are presented and discussed in the paper.
