The Emoticon terminology is interpreted as Emotion icon demote to different pictorial or Graphical depiction of different emotions through which a user can convey his/her emotions or sign for indication of body language in non verbal communication. Information can be widely conveyed via emoticons. Computer mediated communication widely recognise and use these icons, this study is used to determine 1) To what extent do the students use Social media sites? 2) Common apprehension of emoticons 3) when computer mediated communication are used for communication what are the actively used emoticons? 4) To constantly notice the trend and existing directions of behaviour and culture of Pakistani People. Our investigation has considered this trend between female and male and people of same qualification and group. To accomplish our task in research study a questionnaire was distributed administered and among students. To analyse the result Ms-Excel and statistical software SPSS are used. |
