Title
Mobile Technology And Business Process Performance: The Mediating Role Of Collaborative Supply-Chain Capabilities
Abstract
The model developed in this paper aims to explain how mobile technology enables collaborative capabilities that enhance business process performance (BPP). The proposed model is tested using survey data gathered from managers in six European countries. The results suggest that, while mobile technology is positively associated with both external and internal collaborative capabilities, BPP improves to the utmost when the development of internal capabilities precedes the development of external ones.
