Abstract
•The proposed control strategies are based on fuzzy models and parametric uncertainty robust control.•The robust stability is derived using the generalized Kharitonov's theorem and Lyapunov's analysis.•Fuzzy confidence intervals are derived for representing the uncertainties and therefore for the robust control design.•The solar collector power plant is used for validating the proposed controllers.
