China is a disaster-prone country, and frequently-occurring disasters bring significant losses to the lives and properties of the country. The construction of online disaster virtual geographic environment based on multi-source data to assist disaster simulation, prediction and analysis and to realize complex geographic knowledge management and sharing, which is a great significance for the purpose of preventing, reducing and relieving disasters. Therefore, this paper proposed a method to meet the requirements of disaster scene fusion modeling and visualization for emergency under the network environment. And a prototype system was implemented for disaster scene fusion modeling and visualization based on WebGL technology and Cesium open source framework. Then we chose Jiuzhaigou, which is located in Sichuan province as the case to research. The experimental results show that the proposed method in this paper can realize disaster scene rapid fusion modeling and high efficiency visualization of multi-source data based on real time location information, and provide disaster scene services for rescue workers, decision makers and public. It can offer a novel paradigm for research on visualization of earthquake disaster information. |
