When students studying programming subjects, the traditional lab-based or lecture-based teaching would not be sufficient. We have developed a set of online materials with the SPOC design approach and used it as supplementary support for a web programming subject. With the supporting materials, flipped classes have been conducted with carefully designed exercises. The initial student feedbacks are positive. Some analysis has been done to review how student performance linking to their study engagement is reported here. |
