Title
Immunoadept - Bringing Blood Microbiome Profiling To The Clinical Practice
Abstract
Microblome research aims to understand environmental features, relationships and mic rcoFgani.rm composition and their genomes. In the context of healthcare, microblomics has unveiled that health status of the patient is more dependent on the microbinta than ever before thought. Here we present a pipeline designed to bring uric roblome analysis to c finical pr ac thinners in order to offer it as a service for diagno.stic mrpport. The Immunology Assay Development Platform (ImmunoAdept) enables the analysis of the whole-metagenome, therclOre it can identift Virl.ISeS, bacteria and arc hoc a at species level. With the objective of making the ImmunoAdept platform in broadly available, a cloud -based infrwstr uctury was used, combined with an easy to use i 17p1,1 and i e.uli. i 17 te rjace. This was achieved h1 implementing, it as part of SimplicityTm a bespoke bioinfOrmatics platform.
