Construction Of Dna Methylation Analysis Platform Based On High-Throughput Sequencing
Abstract
As methylation research continues to heat up, the next generation sequencing(NGS) technology is used in DNA methylation research by many researchers. Reduce-drepresentation bisulfite sequencing(RRBS) is a high cost performance way to analyze the DNA methylation. In the paper, an analysis pipeline for NGS methylation data is designed and three solutions have been achieved. A RRBS data is used to test the three solutions, and all the three solutions can get the methylation information. But Solution One and Solution Two need the R package to analyze data, which is difficult to develop automated processes. To build an automated analysis process, only Solution Three is implemented.
