Title
Fault Diagnosis Of Sensing Elements In Solenoid Valve Neutral Function Identification System Based On Svm
Abstract
Fault diagnosis provides reliable and fast information of working elements under working condition, and an SVM-based sensor failure recognition module of solenoid valve neutral function identification will allow users to effectively determine the fault mode. The setup of sensor fault recognition system is proposed, which designs a methodology consisting of three parts, namely the hardware layer, middleware layer and application layer. Sensor outputs are obtained through A/D converting and signal filtering. The information is read through the user interface and extraction of the sensing signal features are classified with parameter-optimized failure mode classification model based on SVM. Experimental results demonstrate the module is feasible and reliable. Thereby the fault diagnosis prototype is developed and implemented as well as proves its design theory.
