Wearability Reasearch and Optimization of Functional Jade Sportswear Fabrics
Abstract
Jade fiber is a kind of functional fiber with natural sense of cool and bacteriostatic efficacy. This study aims to optimize the wearability of jade fabric so that it can be applied to the sportswear field better. Nine kinds of specimens are obtained by orthogonal experiment method, which are different in raw material, mixing ratio and knit structure. The warm-cool feeling, bacteriostatic efficacy, anti-ultraviolet property, moisture absorption and quick-dry property of specimens are tested. According to the range analysis and variance analysis, optimal schemes of each performance are obtained, and the results show that raw material has significant influences on the cool feeling and effect of inhibiting Escherichia coli of fabrics; raw material and mixing ratio both have significant influences on the longitudinal moisture absorption of fabrics. Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, on the basis of requirements of functional sportswear, to conclude the optimal scheme of comprehensive performance: jade polyester filament and Tencel yarn are knitted into interlock fabric with the mixing ratio of 50:50. The research results offer a good reference value for the application of jade fiber in functional sportswear.
