Title
Computer-aided industrial development path optimization: a case from "Optics Valley of China"
Abstract
Under the background of “Made in China 2025” plan, advanced laser technology has become the latest direction of development. In order to create world-famous “optical valley”, it is urgent to study on development path of laser industry. Based on the path evolution theory, this paper analyzed the path dependence problems existing in the “Optics Valley of China” laser industry and found “two types of positive and four types of negative” path lock forms. In terms of the four types of negative lock, which are core technology, cognition of cluster development, industrial chain policy, and investment and financing environment, this paper put forward the path creation mechanism and constructed the relation model of path dependence and path creation in the “Optics Valley of China” laser industry. Furthermore, by applying the path breakthrough theory and logistic model, this paper designed three sets of path breakthrough optimization schemes with different emphases and verified their scientificity and feasibility though simulation approach. These research results provided scientific basis for the development of “Optics Valley of China” laser industry.
