A Compact Thin-Film Lithium Niobate Platform With Arrayed Waveguide Gratings And Mmis
Abstract
We design and demonstrate a thin-film z-cut Lithium Niobate photonic platform. We report experimental transmission measurement of different passive photonic building blocks at 1.55 mu m central wavelength including AWG and MMI splitter.
