Abstract
•Interval rough number is introduced to deal with the vagueness in 3PL provider’s selection problem.•A novel BWM-WASPAS-MABAC model based on interval rough numbers is proposed.•Multi-criteria techniques were compared based on interval rough and fuzzy approaches.•Sensitivity analysis based on different sets of criteria weight set is done to validate the ranking methodology stability.
